I heard Gminski refer to Nolan Smith's father during the game and didn't know what he was talking about, so, here it is:

while I was watching the game I thought, dang, that kid moves just like Johnny Dawkins, then I find this story, and it would explain that. if he's like a lot of kids he looks for somebody to model his game after, and Dawkins was a major influence

Nolan Smith sucks and is a second rate player.

Nolan it starting to step up. There was a couple of key baskets he made last night that kept us close. I'm really starting to like this kid.
