I'm fine with them placing everyone from the 1991 & 1992 teams in there. Wink
laettner deserves to be there. ice in his veins, and a great great player for us. that being said, he is the biggest jerk to ever wear one of our uniforms. thank you.

I agree with everything you stated, but my view is limited since I only met him once.
We were at one of the DUKE charity games in Cameron, and I knew he was arrogant before I met him. I had heard alot of people say that. What really frosted my cookie was my 3 year old son tried to get an autograph on a basketball, and Laettner told us he would sign "right after the game." I understand those guys are busy and in high demand, so we were o.k. with that. We had front row seats and as soon as the game ended, we were on him like stink on doody. I held out my hand to shake his, and said "great game", not only did he not shake my hand, he didn't sign the ball either.
I've met many, many DUKE players, and ALL of them were nothing but class to me. Except Christian. A great piece of DUKE history, but a classless arrogant jerk.
One of the greatest college players of all time. Congrats!
