Tom had been at BC so long, its going to be difficult seeing him on NCSUs sideline. I expect he'll build a solid program.
I see 7 to 10 wins most years. Maybe challenge for the ACC a few times in those years.
Discipline for the most part. What has impressed me about him is that he's made a real effort to meet all the high school football coaches in North Carolina. He's going into areas that we normally don't get recruits (in bed with Carolina or Tenn)
I never thought Tom would back away from recruiting anywhere he thought he'd find his kind of players.

i am just happy to have a "real" coach again.
BAJ, he brought many of his coaches with him.
so, he should be well established within the coaches on communications, practice methods and schedules. That's always a good thing.
