I'm told the best way to prepare it is to essentially copy a Chicken Creole recipe, chopping the meat into small pieces, browning with the trinity of red, white and black pepper and other spices and some tomato paste, and then slow cooking for 6 or 7 hours, serving over rice.
And then wash it down appropriately with a beverage of your choosing.
