the last 2 years? Going what, 37, 38th in the 2nd round of the draft? Apparently he didn't test good...I mean, damn, that kid has all the talent in the world, but his head just isn't right IMO..

I wish him the best.....maybe he'll make that money up, like Carlos.
if he doesn't get his head on right, he won't.
Comparing Carlos and McBob is a real stretch. Carlos is a warrior. He does not let anything stand in his way. McBob on the other hand has some major issues. He has 2 tons of talent with a 10 pound attitude.

79 Devil

No argument there, rick. I really wish the kid well and hope he has a good pro career, but he's going to have to change his game attitude.
They said he and Oden balled on the same AAU team which is where he had flourished. Perhaps they're looking to reunite the two to do the same ... Portland is a team on the rise, so perhaps he'll get his shot.
as all of you know here, Josh has been my all time least favorite Dukie. It really didn't break my heart. Just like when he was here, if he had put forth more effort, he'd have gone farther.

he probably cost himself millions by staying in school, but he's still going to be a millionaire for playing a game for a few years.

worst case he goes to Europe which is a nice place to go
He could have been an easy lottery pick if he stayed another year and played with Singler. He killed himself by leaving immediately after the worst stretch of games Duke has seen in over a decade.
McRoberts also could have had a higher draft position straight out of HS or after his freshman year.

His timing was kind of like trying to sell a house in today's real estate market.

How quickly Duke fans forget, though, how close they came to having no Josh and no Lance last year which could have made the donut (hole in the middle) even worse than this coming year.

Whenever someone says something now is the worst/least/whatever of all time I must ask this question.

Name me your top 5 least favorite.
If you can't, you can't say McBob was the worst.
