With agreements securing the remaining teams in the Big 12, it appears they will continue on with 10 teams.

Meanwhile the Big Ten, adding Nebraska will now consist of 12 teams.

Anything ironic here?

Why not just go ahead and swap conference names?

As a college fan, I was happy to see those folks stay put. They have a great conference. I fear the megaconference idea.

Being married to a Baylor grad, I am even more happy to see this as Mrs Denver was wearing me out trying to figure out where her Bears were going to end up!
