Thank you! Went to mtns. and returned home late at night to leave for Connecticut early in a.m. last week and just got back about 1 hour ago. Haven't logged on a computer until now. We drove up yonder to Papa D's reunion in Watertown (Taft, 1970). Weather was spectacular as well as the New England countryside. I bought some good stuff at the Regina Laudis Abbey in Bethlehem. Stayed at a really nice B & B but seeing folks again and meeting new people was the best. Talked the ears off former touring folk singer Fred Small turned UU Minister. Nice guy. My accent seemed to 'charm' and amuse everybody

A Happy Belated Mother's Day to all my mommy buds on ACCboards and another thank you and kiss-palm-and-blow-kiss-to all of you! You guys are great!
They had grits on the list in the school cafeteria(looked liked an upscale hotel eatery) and I almost fell out as well as most of the oldsters. Southern food seems to be a hot item up yonder.
