What's the North Carolina crowd hearing about ECU search?
I just saw a rumor that Mike Leach was in serious negotiations.
Slight rumblings up this way of going after Bud Foster.
I can't imagine that Leach has fallen far enough to be a candidate for the ECU job. While it's true that this guy is a quirky fella that beats to the tune of his own drummer, he did turn a perennial doormat into an offensive juggernaut and BCS title contender. I would suspect that he'll get a better opportunity than ECU.

Smart move by the Pirates. Looks like they'll keep their recruiting class too. Now they have to figure out how to replace 25 seniors plus one early NFL entrant.
I think he'll do a good job too.
I am glad it is not Bud Foster.
Because I don't wish EZU continued success.
But it would hurt VPI more than it would help ECU?
