That's nothing new. He's been doing that. I take it as more of a middle finger to Bunting than UNC, though. Either way, I don't care.
UNC fans don't care about their alumni?
Shocking.
Just to make sure you folks are caught up in current events... how about that recent election?

Do you care about Elton Brand?
maybe he's not actually an alum?
Can't speak for D$, but I sincerely hope Elton continues to do well in the NBA.

Yes he is. Like it or not, so is Maggette (and other cases, Marvin Williams, Rasheed Wallace, Chris Paul, et al).
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/alumni
For those too lazy to click (sorry, I can't figure out how to embed the stupid link), the two main definitions of alumnae are as follows:
Quote:1. a graduate or former student of a specific school, college, or university.
2. a former associate, employee, member, or the like: He invited all the alumni of the library staff to the party.
The grammar police have spoken.

Well, that makes it official!

Love Elton Brand. Always have. Great kid who has grown up well. I have no problem whatsoever with someone putting some snobbish jackass of a Duke student in her place.
Offhand, can't really think of too many Duke alumns of which I am not proud. For the most part, Duke basketball and football players comport themselves very well both on and off the field/court.
That is of course as opposed to the UNC football players who comport themselves very well until the women start whipping their ass.
How many "Dukies" were in the Super Bowl?
